Privacy Policy

We guard your secrets (and your email)

Plain English below. No rituals, no dark pacts—just respect for your time and data.

The short, human version

  • I don’t sell your data. Not now, not ever.
  • If you contact me or subscribe, I’ll use your info to reply or send that thing you asked for—nothing sneaky.
  • No ad trackers. No “surprise” pixels. If I add analytics later, I’ll say so here first.
  • You can ask what I have on you, ask me to delete it, or change your mind about emails at any time.

What I collect

  • Contact form: name, email, and your message. If you use Formspree or a similar service, your submission is processed by that provider to deliver your message to me.
  • Newsletter (future/optional): your email address. Stored with my email service provider and used only to send you studio updates.
  • Basic server logs: my hosting may record IP address, user agent, and the page requested to keep the site secure. I don’t use these to track you.
  • Cookies: this site doesn’t set tracking cookies. If an embedded third-party (e.g., Ko-fi) sets anything, they’ll have their own policy.

How I use it

  • To reply to your message or fulfill your request.
  • To send the newsletter you opted into (and only that).
  • To maintain site security and squash gremlins.

Legal bits (short)

  • Legal basis (GDPR): consent (you contacted me or subscribed) and legitimate interests (site security).
  • Retention: as long as it’s needed for the purpose collected, or until you ask me to delete it.
  • Sale/Sharing: I don’t sell or share your personal data for ads. Full stop.

Third parties & links

  • Form submissions: May be handled by Formspree (or similar) to deliver your message. They process your data according to their policy.
  • Email service: If/when I run a newsletter, your email is stored with a reputable ESP. You can unsubscribe anytime.
  • Ko-fi / external platforms: If you jump to Ko-fi for support or downloads, their rules apply over there.

Your rights

  • Access, correct, or delete your data.
  • Withdraw consent (unsubscribe / email me).
  • Lodge a complaint with your local authority if needed (hi, EU/UK friends).

Security

I use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your info. No system is perfectly unhexable, but I take care.

Changes

If I update this policy, I’ll change the date at the top and, if the change is material, I’ll post a note in the Studio Log. If I ever add analytics or new integrations, this page will tell you plainly.
